Amazing location - central but still quiet overnight. Staff were wonderful, kind and easy to communicate with. Lots of character in the house!

“Cosy,traditional, basic and beautiful- loved it”

The guesthouse was very cosy, friendly and warm. I travelled with my daughter and grandson, we all loved the accommodation and perfect location for day trips to Osaka. We also visited the Gion District which is a short train ride from Yululu and that has been our favourite day of the trip so far, very traditional homes, stunning temples and lots of geisha’s in the area which was amazing to see. Staff at the guesthouse were very helpful and polite, the shower is actually much better than our hotel in Tokyo. Absolutely loved staying there and would highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience the traditional way of life in Japan, with a small but beautiful garden at the back which was actually the view we had from our room.

The house was so beuatifull. It was quite traditional and old, but in a good way.

It was very cosy with friendly staff that immediately made me feel at home. I wish i booked another day.

The manager was very friendly, very welcoming, and even gave us advice on shops.

“Unique”

Unique old school Japanese home , close to shopping , markets , food , we booked the private room, which was the biggest room , bedding on futon. Tatami mat flooring. Back packer style share kitchen however we all ate out so didn't cook , 7-eleven our best friend .. safe environment

The staff was so friendly. As a European we are not really used to sleep on tatami so they helped me to accomodate me in the best way possible by provide extra cushioning. They also helped me with shipping my baggage to the airport. Location is very good, clean and cosy!

Convenient location

absolutely loved our stay, me and my two best friends stayed here and it was beautiful we had our own room with three beds and one share shower with a few others. our host was so beautiful he was the sweetest most talkative man. The house is old and traditional I loved being able to experience a proper Japanese traditional stay. Super chill and very calm vibes.

The host was great, so lovely throughout our stay. We arrived at 3pm, which was slightly early for check in, so our room wasn’t ready yet. However, they let us pop our bags in the common area and take a shower whilst the room was being prepared! In a great location too. Would 100% recommend staying here if you get the chance to!
