“Excellent.”
Great location, very spacious,well equipped and great hosts. Close to the train station, forest area, shops and supermarkets. Very good for families with two toilets, full washing machine, cooker, big fridge etc. the beds are super comfortable!!! The hosts were very very kind and helpful.

This house is a very modern detached house. It is very clean and tidy, and all the furniture and appliances are very practical. The landlord is very warm and polite. There is a convenience store nearby, and it is not far from the JR station. The surrounding area is where mostly elderly people and children live, so it is very quiet. This house is also very close to the Arashiyama scenic spot in Sagano, which is very convenient.

“Comfortable traditional house in an amazing suburb”
Peaceful and quiet location at night time. Traditional house was very clean and had excellent amenities. House owner was very friendly and responded quickly. Close to public transport, shops, and a 2 minute walk from the main street & bamboo forest.

“Best guesthouse near Arashimaya Bamboo Forest”
Great communication from the hosts; very helpful with our luggage, great suggestions for dining options, friendly and welcoming. Excellent location, easy to get to the places we wanted to visit. Very clean house, equipped with all that we needed for our stay.
