We arrived after the agreed check-in time and had confirmed by phone that the key would be placed in a key box. Unfortunately, the key was not there. We had to book another hotel for the night. No apology, no compensation, no responsibility from the staff. Very disappointing.

Good location near a supermarket in a calm neighborhood, clean room and good outdoor space. All the toilet paper one can dream of :)

The bed was really comfortable, good shower, nice terrace and the bedroom was in the principal street of Zwanenburg

Big balcony, location is nice and quiet. Lidl just next to the Appartements. We stayed here for a festival nearby.

The bed was so comfortable we almost didn’t leave! It was a lovely place with access to a balcony.

Staff were very polite, and the town it's located in is beautiful. We love planes, so the vicinity of the airport made sure we saw a lot of them.

Nice neighborhood, but has a lack of transport a bit. To get to Amsterdam train station you need to walk 20 minutes and then took a train for 2 stops.

Our experience at Villa Monte Dana was undeniably disappointing. The subpar accommodations, lack of amenities, and indifferent customer service resulted in an overall poor value for the price we paid. As guests, we expect hotels to provide an exceptional experience that justifies the cost, but sadly, this particular establishment failed to deliver.
