The room and it's location was nice, plus the balcony, even though I didn't really use it.

The room was very neat, well maintained and has a fantastic balcony. If you have late check in, try to get in touch with owner and request key to be left in box outside hotel; important since no staff are present after 9:00pm (If this was a non issue, this would be the best choice no question)

I didn't have breakfast. The location was pleasant. On the first night I arrived late and couldn't get into the guesthouse, but your staff help was fantastic. Great that you have a fruit seller and a supermarket nearby.

Avoid this place at all costs! It's a scam. When I arrived at the room (Alex, Room 8), there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. To my surprise, the toilet had already been used and didn’t work—it wouldn’t flush. I tried contacting the person responsible for the room, but no one answered. Long story short, I had to book another hotel for the night. The next morning, I returned and spoke with the manager about the situation. Her response was, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do. We’ll fix it now." In disbelief at the surreal situation, I simply checked out. The room has a “terrace” where the flooring is uneven and popping up—walk carefully and beware of exposed screws. The curtains also had cigarette burn holes. This place is a complete scam. Don’t waste your money—stay somewhere else.

There was no reception desk either, so you couldn’t ask for help on-site. You have to go to a different location about 300 meters away to collect the keys, which was quite inconvenient. The place is also a bit on the outskirts of Amsterdam. Although there is one direct train, you still have to walk around 20 minutes from Halfweg-Zwanenburg station, which was quite irritating.

It was cold in the room the heat come and then turns back again there was no kettle no cup one towel the shower door was broken and the most important thing there was no staff at all at the property.

The coffee machine downstairs was not working. The staff is not very helpful and they do not communicate with you.
