We absolutely loved our stay and were truly impressed by everything. The nature around the property is breathtaking, with a beautiful lake and a very peaceful atmosphere. The owner was extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Everything was spotless, and the guest house feels very new and well maintained. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we slept very well. We were also allowed to park our car right next to our room, which was very convenient. We traveled with our dog, and she had the most wonderful time running around the lake and enjoying the open space. It was an unforgettable experience for both us and our dog.

“A quick stop in the nature of southern bohemia on our way to Prague”
Nice location, nice village, nice castle, enjoyed the trip with the boat to Orlik and then the challenging (long and a bit adventourous) walk back. Nice local and affordable restaurants in the village.

The garden and pond surrounding the lodgings are lush, if not outright paradisiacal. The breakfast, especially the homemade jams, is terrific.

“hospitality and comfort, multiplied with taste and love.”
a wonderful peaceful place with atmosphere of family happiness. we felt ourselves like at home. especially when it came to breakfast. The choice of fresh bread is for any fastidious taste ( I’ve seen the owner to drive to the bakery early in the morning), home-made jams and pancakes ( classic, broccoli, zucchini), about 10 sorts of tea and a fresh and fragrant coffee from a grain coffee machine. the owner is always at your service, responsibly checking if everything at the breakfast tables is enough and guests don’t miss the chance to eat what they want at the quantity they wish. we’ve spent almost 1,5 hours in the breakfast room with multiple approaches to the buffet. it’s worth its price of 9€. the room was clean, reasonably big ( enough for 2 to feel comfortable). bathroom is very clean and, what’s important for us, the drain works well, the water does not stagnate. in the evening the owner had organized for us BBQ ( we’ve bought meat & sausages ourselves) for an additional small charge and it was really nice. the territory of guesthouse is huge with lakes and fish, birds singing and squirrels running around. we travel a lot and want to highlight, that this Guesthouse is now in our “want-to-come-back” list.
