Overview
This 4-star hotel is right next to the slopes of the Arlberg Ski Area and a 2-minute walk from the centre of Zürs. The spa area includes a sauna, hot tub, and steam bath. The spacious rooms offer panoramic mountain views. Furnished in a modern Alpine style, Hotel Ulli’s rooms feature a flat-screen satellite TV, a safe, and a bathroom with bathrobes and a hairdryer. Some have a south-facing balcony. The restaurant serves Austrian and international cuisine and a selection of fine wines. Guests of the Ulli Hotel can relax on the sun terrace and in front of the fireplace in the bar. A children’s playroom is available. Guests can use a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. Free private parking is available on site. The ski lifts Hexenboden and Zürsersee are right at the doorstep and a cross-country ski run is close to the hotel. Lech with its restaurants and supermarkets is a 5-minute car or shuttle ride away.

“Exceptional well run hotel in fabulous location”
A fabulous well run, excellently located ski in/out hotel, right beside the Zurs ski lifts. The bedrooms are generous with great views of the mountains, the facilities are very well equipped. The restaurant is exceptional, with the best dining we’ve enjoyed in Austria. We’d highly recommend.

“A warm and welcoming traditional Austrian style hotel which was ideal for a couples stay”
Great location. The staff were wonderful, welcoming, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Cosy bar area with an open fire. Last but not least the food was varied and delicious.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ulli. Our room was comfortable and well appointed, and looked directly across to the Seekopfbahn lift. The hotel spa was excellent and very clean, if a bit noisy at times when families were using it. The location is fabulous, with 2 main lifts directly in front of the hotel. We were very impressed with the quality, variety and creativity of the evening 5 course menu. Kudos to the Chef and kitchen staff. We would like to compliment the staff of the hotel for their friendly, professional and helpful manner. All our wishes were met promptly and without fuss in an easy-going and engaging manner. Particular thanks to the wonderful Annika who was our server for most of our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel highly, and we plan to return in the future.
