“Not good. Landlord has offered a refund and not stood by it despite offering it in writing”
Landlord didn’t like noise levels from a group of 7 boys and offered a refund to leave within an hour of arrival. The move was made but the landlord has now refused to honour his offer. Will be taking it further.
