A cozy, very clean, comfortable, beautiful house in very good condition. The host was very friendly. A wonderfully maintained garden offers various cozy spots for rest and relaxation with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea. There are many beautiful beaches nearby, one about a 5-minute walk away (the return trip is slightly uphill), while others are accessible by car. A very quiet, uncrowded place with stunning views and pristine nature. Plenty of space for walking the dog. The only misunderstanding we had was parking. We expected parking on the property, but it turned out there was no gate for the car, as it seemed in the photos. The parking was literally just a stone's throw behind the house, so it wasn't a problem. We had a wonderful time and would happily return!

Mr. and Mrs. Zubovic are wonderful hosts. We enjoyed our two-week stay in the house and the lovingly tended garden. The house is modern and generously equipped. Mladen Zubovic enjoys respect in Zubovici thanks to his charisma. With his help I was able to recover my backpack with important documents that I had forgotten on the ferry between the island and the mainland. The place is quiet and has beautiful beaches in the near vicinity, such as Plaza Drazica. Plaza Rucica can be reached by car via Metajna. We used our standup paddle a lot, the water in the lagoon is mostly calm in the summer. On the other side of the lagoon there are beautiful places such as Plaza Sveti Duh and Sveta Marija (the last one should be approached via the town of Pag and Bosana, here the road is more passable - in contrast from the direction of Sveti Duh). Novalja can be reached by car in 10 minutes and Pag in 30 minutes. The city of Zadar is beautiful and worth a day trip. Driving time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes.
