The place has stunning views and very nice Italian atmosphere. You will find everything you need but most importantly the nice balcony and beautiful view. highly recommended.

Amazing location, close to the train station (5-8min walking), amazing host! Very helpful and full of advices. Its an ok place to spend your nights or enjoy the view.

Fantastic view both from the terasse and the balcony. Well worth climbing the stairs. Only 10min walk from the train station. Nice & clean public beaches with fresh water showers. Stayed a full week with our 3 children. Brilliant & clear communication with Maurizio. We highly reccommend this place 😃

“One of the best stays of our lives!”

Everything was incredibly good! The views from the terrace are INCREDIBLE. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need from kitchen to washing machine etc. Maurizio was super friendly when we encountered some issues on our arrival day. Would highly recommend Zoagli as a location to take day trips to Cinque Terre, Santa Margherita, Portofino etc. Our experience was just so great!

The accommodation was spotless and so comfortable we felt right at home. The view is epic. The bottle of fizz in the fridge is a nice touch too! Cannot recommend Casa Monteprato enough!

Maurizio provided precise details how to reach the place and arranged for a very efficient key handover. all documents and formalities have been arranged prior to arrival. We enjoyed the space and volume of the unit, coffee on the balcony, cooling aircon in the late afternoon and especially the deck on the roof top, we had the entire place for us and enjoyed our aperitivo and sunset dinner while having the most amazing view of the Portofino Bay. Highly recommended ! The unit is within walking distance to the beaches and the piazza in Zoagli, where you find a nice selection of bars and restaurants. Since there are many stairs, do not carry too much stuff.

“Nice view from shared roof terrace but not well maintained apartment”

The roof terrace gives a beautiful view, the air conditioning and washing machine are nice. A bottle of prosecco in the fridge and after a few days the towels and bed linen were replaced. The owner responds quickly.

My recent stay at the Casa Monteprato was an absolute delight. The spacious apartment boasted a magnificent terrace with breathtaking views of the Ligurian Sea, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the stunning scenery. The well-appointed interiors had all the amenities one could need, including high-speed Wi-Fi (which the only place i managed to connect throughout my entire trip in Italy), TV channels, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a complimentary bottle of Prosecco which was a nice touch. The location was incredibly convenient, with the train station just a 6-minute walk away, making it easy to explore towns and its surroundings. The apartment's attention to detail and a truly comfortable and hassle-free stay. The owner very were friendly and accommodating, offering assistance with everything from restaurant recommendations, and train directions. Managed to see most of the places i wanted to be.

“Casa Monteprato is a great destination for a long or short stay. It is good value for money.”

The location is stunning - the flat is on a hill overlooking the bay towards Portofino. The view from the roof balcony is endless and unobstructed, and our BBQ there was an evening to remember. Overall the flat is well appointed The train station is nearby, so the commute to Cinque Terra was easy, but takes +/- an hour. The closer environs are also lovely and well worth exploring. Swimming off the rocks into the bay was most enjoyable. Maurizio was a kind and attentive host. We will return - soon I hope.

Perfect location, loved the views and the roof terrace. Bottle of Prosecco in fridge was a nice extra. Although we didn’t cook there it looked well equipped. Conveniently located for train station, beach and local restaurants. Easy to get to Cinque Terre and Portofino.

The apartment has a better sea view as most of the expensive five star hotels and it has magnificient view from the balcony of the apartment and the teracce to which you have separate keys. The apartment is well equipped and has a daikin air conditioning in all three rooms. You can live like an Italian here for some days experiencing Zoagli as a small but beautiful and not overcrowded jewel. Maurizio is a great and natural born host helping us in any matters and providing us with clear instructions. In the house you will not meet loud and drunken tourist, and Zoagli is a peaceful place where you can slow down. Maybe the streets can be a bit loud on Saturday nights because of the Vespas but this also belongs to Italy! You can make trekking tours to Monte Anchetta and Semorile as well (nice 8 km trail run).
