Nice and quiet location, very welcoming host, a safe place to store the bicycles. Little patio / backgarden were a very nice touch, though we didn't have much time to enjoy it. Bonus points for a shared and equipped kitchen - there's a hypermarket nearby, so it was possible to buy everything to be able to prepare a good breakfast.
