Overview
Located in the historical centre of Znojmo in a reconstructed building dated back to the 15th century, Penzion Kaplanka is set 400 metres from the castle and houses a wine bar. The guest house offers views of the Dyje river. Parking in provided in a courtyard. The guest house offers accommodation units fitted with a TV. Most rooms feature a bathroom and some rooms include a balcony. The apartments feature a kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower or bath. You can use a storage room for bikes. The garden of the Kaplanka Pension welcomes its guest with a small swimming pond and seating area with barbecue facilities. Buffet breakfast is served daily. You can visit the wine bar located in the medieval stone cellar to taste Znojmo wines. The bar can be also used for celebrations and parties. National Park Podyjí and the valley of the Dyje River is a 10-minute walk from the guest house, perfect choice for hiking on marked trails and biking. Znojmo Train and Bus Station is 1.1 km away.

The apartment was very nice and had its own entrance. The location couldn’t have been better — it was close to everything and had a beautiful view of the river. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

The location, overlooking the river, is fantastic; the historical building has been renovated preserving its original layout, while at the same time offering modern bedrooms and very comfortable beds; the breakfast buffet is varied and abundant. In one word: excellent accommodation!

“I am sure I will stay there again.”
The hotel's location is excellent, the views from the windows and terrace are beautiful. Very good and plentiful breakfast. The private parking lot is small, but everyone can fit in.
