The family-run Penzion Uno is situated peacefully 2 km from the centre of Zlín and offers stylish accommodation with free Wi-Fi access. All rooms at the Uno are tastefully decorated, and feature a TV, small fridge and a private bathroom. Some have kitchen facilities. The reception desk works 24 hours a day. A trampoline for children is also available. Free parking is provided next to the building. The local bus and trolley-bus stop is the Na Honech Stop, which is 500 metres from Uno Penzion. The city ski slope is a 10-minute drive away. The UNESCO-listed city of Kroměříž is reachable within a 30-minute drive by car. Zlín’s train and bus stations, as well as Kostelec Golf Course are situated within a radius of 3 km. Shuttle service from/to Prague also available.

Receptionist was kind, BUT there was a very loud group staying at the pension during our visit, which made it difficult for us to rest. Unfortunately, the staff did not intervene or warn them, so we had to wait until they eventually quieted down.

Perfect quality for reasonable value. Room was big, with a really big terrace and stunning view on the city and the surrounding nature. Breakfasts were great, you can choose from various egg dishes and some sweets wich will be prepared for you, and of course the classical Swedish table you can choose from. Location is quiet, not so far from city center - I walked approx 10 min., way back is a bit harder, you walk all the way uphill, but was good exercise 😊

“I loved the peace and quiet of Penzion Uno”
Excellent choice of breakfast food. The room was spacious, with a small couch. The bathroom was excellent. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. I chose a downstairs room because of knee problems.

Delicious breakfast - good coffee! (Better than most of hotels), fruit, eggs, bacon,... The shower was very comfortable - one of the best I've experienced so far. The owner was very helpful and nice. The room was clean.

The lady who manages the pension is very kind, available and helpful. The bedroom was very spacious, the bed beautiful and very comfortable, everything was very clean, the bathroom was large as well...Everything was perfect!

Located off the town's centre, in a quiet residential area, very nice walk to get to, in bad weather, bus takes you there in 10 miniutes. Beautiful view. Excellent breakfast, variety of everything.
