“Good but improvements needed”
The location is very good. 15 minutes away from center on foot, and yet far enough from all the Zlatibor's ugly urbanism. We had an apartment on the wide with a view of Tornik and Čigota and it was lovely. It is also super nice that the kids playroom was open the whole day and little guys enjoyed it very much. One of the highlights is definitely the breakfast, which was top class - both in quality and choices. Spa area is also very nice.

we stayed in an apartment with two bedrooms, extremely comfortable and clean. the location is good, close to the lake, only a 12-minute walk away... we will definitely come again... the only drawback is finding the hotel parking lot, which is reached from another street with insufficiently visible signposts, and the air conditioner in the room, which has already been switched to summer mode, so there is no possibility of heating the room, but you can ask for an extra blanket😊

We had a great stay at Queen of Zlatibor. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The pool and spa area were excellent — not crowded at all, which made the experience even more relaxing. We especially enjoyed it with the kids, who had an amazing time. Breakfast was always fresh and offered plenty of options for everyone. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

It was an okay overall experience, the staff were friendly and hospitable, breakfast selection is good, good range of food, from serbian cuisine to spring rolls. When it comes to dinner and lucnh options in the restaurant the food was also well prepared.

“Everything was perfect”
Everything was great. The room was really well-planned, swimming pool is big and not crowded in the evenings, breakfast is really great. And the best part is, they are pet-friendly.

“Rude employes trying to steal from the guests”
The employes at reception one blond lady and one tall guy are very rude and unfriendly. They were unhappy beacouse i have booked from Booking and told me the prices are more expensive at Booking. Not safe if you are staying with childrens there are a lot of broken babychairs. Very cold water in swiming pool. Terible spa, a lot of photoshop on the pictures. The room was not ready until 16h.
