Izuzetan hotel sa vrhunskom uslugom. Atmosfera je sjajna, ali ono što pravi razliku je osoblje na recepciji. Veliko hvala Jovani na srdačnom dočeku, pomoći oko svih informacija i predivnom osmehu. Ovakva posvećenost gostu se retko sreće!

“Peaceful city break”
We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were amazing, the breakfasts selection was very good, and it was wonderfully quiet—something that’s rare in Zlatibor.

The location was excellent, very close to the Zlatibor lake, but also very cosy and quiet. The staff is very polite and always at your service. Breakfast was good. The spa is small but good enough.

“Short WINTER escape”
1. Location - Great. Near city center, not far from the Gold Gondola and near store. 2. The size of the apartment - Just right. We were staying in B103. It was on the first floor, near the back exit, and also very near to spa, restaurant and kids playroom. It is small hotel, but anyway we liked it. 3. The breakfast was excelent, with plenty different things for every taste 4. Kids playroom - it is great to keep small kids a little bit entertained 5. Game room - With table tennis and playstation, also nice to use when the weather outside doesn’t allow being out. 6. Stuff is amazing. Girls from reception desk are very kind and also the waiters in the restaurant were lovely.

Exceptional stay thanks to the amazing staff! The team was amazing, especially Dragana, who consistently went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had a lovely terrace that made evening and morning peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended!
