Exceptional Ana was honestly one of the best receptionist I've ever met. She was so friendly and helpful and I hope the company recognise they have a Gem here. She needs a raise/bonus.

“A nice little rest place a bit far out of town”
The first room they put me in the bar Fridge did not get cold nor did the air-conditioning but when I spoke to Reception, they moved me immediately and the next room was great. Make a note that if you’re walking into Pamploma you have to walk out to the other side of town to get to this hotel as it’s further out of town and past Pamploma.

The staff has been incredible: both the girl at the checkin and the guy at the night shift: they supported me recovering my bike and giving me extra service (as the breakfast staff even if I left at 4:00 am).

“Fantastic place and excellent value for money… it is a bit from the Centre, but we were quite happy with that! Clean and”
We have bikes so very easy to get to the hotel. Staff were very welcoming and room exactly as described. Clean and airy. We even were given hot water when we requested as no kettle in the room. The breakfast was FAB…. And had gluten free bread and cake🥰. Bikes stored safely in an office at the back of the hotel…. And 10 mins onto the Camino…. If you have a bike go on the road over the hill!
