“Nice hotel, nice people, nice breakfast”
Staff always friendly and polite. They will do there best to accommodate your needs. Bed always comfortable, Breakfast, always a good selection. I had allergies so they accommodated this.

“Friendly, clean and rested”
I always return here every time I visit. Even though it’s a 15-20min walk from the train station. Or you can take the bus. The staff are always polite, helpful and are patient when I am speaking in German. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always good and the hotel always have my non dairy products ordered for my visit.

“Always nice to return too”
I have stayed before, and always come back as the staff are really helpful and friendly. They make sure even though my German is improving they try their best to speak slowly so I can understand. Breakfast is great. Beds are comfortable. And I don’t mind the 15-20min walk to the hotel from Zittau train station but you can catch a bus if needed, if you have no car.

Room and the staff are amazing !!! so near to the PL, CZ and DE regions border. Anytime you can come to your room and no any disturbance. English breakfast also good.

We had a nice and calm room towards the backyard. There was a safe place to store our bikes.
