“Perfect for the one night we were in Zipolite”

Excellent location near shops and restaurants and backing right into the beach, great pool, friendly staff even though they don't speak English.

Location was good. Room was big. Hotel is at the beach with nice pool area in the garden. Many bars, restaurants and stores are around. AC is in the room .

Everything- we have used this hotel for several years and it gets better every year. Lots of refurbishment is going on and the pool is wonderful.

We spent a pleasant week here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable enough, the location excellent and the staff are friendly and kind. But all things considered, it doesn’t feel like anyone makes much of an effort to make this a great place to stay. It’s beach front location is its saving grace but I can’t find much else to recommend it. It could be shabby chic, it could be charming and atmospheric (other very basic places felt atmospheric) but as it is it just felt unloved, and after having had a good look around Zipolite, I believe you can do better at this price point, and also for less money.  THE GOOD All staff were friendly and kind. Great location - right on the beach and on the main street - literally a stroll from everything. Very good air conditioning. Spacious room. Good to have a fridge in the room. Bathrooms finished with attactive stone. Very nice pool and water at a very pleasant temperature (some other pools we tried in much fancier places were freezing).

Was not an all inclusive, so went out every day for breakfast. I would advice people to bring some basic bowl,spoon,knife. You could easily have breakfast in your room.

The rooms were a good size for 3 people - 2 double beds and lots of plugs. Air conditioner worked great plus additional fans to help with the 30+ degree weather. Bathroom looked newly renovated with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Toilet was in great working order - it's hard to find that in Zipolite. The hotel itself is in a perfect location - right in the centre of town and right on the beach. There is also a cafe right beside the hotel that serves great americanos. There is also a patio/balcony area available if you want to be on the beach but under shade. There is also a heated pool if you don't want to get sandy. The owners were lovely and very accommodating. I needed some help dealing with booking.com regarding an issue and they were more than helpful and patient. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

“Unique beach and lovely vibes”

So amazingly close to the beach we could hear the sea waves crashing when we were resting in the room :) Spacious room with comfortable beds and easy access to everything. Very chilled and easy vibe with nude people if they want to be or not - no pressure either way. Would love to come back soon.

Great location, on the beach and the main street with restaurants. Not many hotels in Zipolite have AC, their rooms have AC, fans, TV, fridge, hot water, wifi. Relatively quiet location. Best option in Zipolite for short to medium duration stays.

The location of this hotel is spectacular - beach at one end and main street at the other. The rooms are clean and there is choice of fans or air conditioning. Loving sitting area on the beach and a lovely pool to use. The cost of the room was very fair for what you get and the location. Love this hotel and would not hesitate to stay again. It will be our go-to place in Zipolite.
