This place is an absolute scam. We had a confirmed Booking.com reservation, but when we arrived there was no reception, no staff, no prior instructions for self-check-in – nothing. The phone numbers listed on Booking.com didn’t work. Only after we managed to get hold of alternative numbers did someone finally answer, just to tell us at 9 PM that the hotel was overbooked and they would not accommodate us. We were literally left stranded at night, risking sleeping on the street in a foreign city. To make matters worse, the hotel itself charged our credit card directly, not Booking.com, and they have refused to refund us. They do not respond to Booking.com’s requests, emails, or any attempts to contact them. This property deliberately oversells rooms they don’t have, takes people’s money, and then leaves them without accommodation. This is not just unprofessional – this is fraud. They are scammers. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this property. It’s a disgrace to Booking.com to even allow such a place on the platform.

“A really decent stay!”

A really nice and clean room. Only a few minutes from the highway, which was convenient for us. The apartment has a big fridge which was good for storing food. And there are charging cables outside the hotel for your car.

Really liked the room – it was spacious, clean, and modern. There’s a small kitchenette, which is very convenient, and the parking is excellent. Everything was just great. Also, there’s a charging station for electric cars, which is a nice and thoughtful touch.

The room and the place outside were overall well kept. Neat, clean, good equipped. The interior was modern, and has all the basics one needs for a short stay. The parking is right in front of your door, but the door seals tightly so you are not disturbed by noise outside. It was an overall good stay for one night. The kitchenette-corner has a pot, pan, cutlery, cups, glasses, plates, etc., but remember to bring your own salt, pepper, oil, etc. as this is not available at property. Soap, toiletpaper, towels and bedding were available.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent — the room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for my trip. One of the best perks was the free street parking, which made everything so convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good deal and a pleasant experience.

Service is exellent and attentive, check in is by link sent to your email so you use your phone to check in, very simple process. a great place to stay overnight when traveling by car. Russian speaking staff was a plus for us too and very efficient and responsive. Helped us when we booked last minute because of the snowfall and came after all working hours.

The room and cleanines were excellent. The parking outside of hotel is also for free and was very important for us. Very comfortable acommodation.
