“Wonderful villa on La Ropa”
Amazing view, friendly staff. Big, clean apartment with a well equipped kitchen and air-conditioned bedroom. Great view from the restaurant at the top. Gardens are very well maintained and beautiful. Easy access to La Ropa. Pickleball court 5 min walk away.

Our room had a gorgeous view, the bed was comfy, and it was so quiet! The pool and grounds were pristine. And it is so close to Play La Ropa...about a 3 minute walk.

“Great place.”
Great location and short walking distance to the beach and tons of restaurants. However it was very quiet in our villa. Our villa was very large and the kitchen was very well equipped. Large area outside with a full kitchen and dining table and other seating. Staff were nice and pleasant. It was our 1st time to that area and we were very happy with this hotel and would stay again!

“A perfect place to unwind just a few paces from the sea!”
The location was perfect- 4 min walking to the best swimming beach- Playa la Ropa. Beautiful Villa overlooking the sea, really comfortable including drinking water and the daily cleaning service was a plus! Beautiful outdoor kitchen which was well stocked and easy to make simple meals in. Internet good enough to work with. Buses go past doorstep every few minutes to the centre, Oxxo just down the road, plus a great Italian restaurant. All the staff were very attentive and polite and owner is very responsive. Pool was perfect to lounge around.

The people were very welcoming and helpful. The place was immaculate. Great location for walking to La Ropa Beach with great restaurants nearby and beach itself stunning. View from our villa was gorgeous. I felt safe.

“Great location, cute room, huge patio, amazing view.”
Very cute spot super conveniently a short walk from Playa la Ropa. Don't get me wrong, it's a pretty heft walk from town. But town isn't so great, and once you discover the super cheap buses that run all day long, it's easy. The owner was very welcoming and helpful, the rooms and patios are HUGE, with gorgeous views of the ocean. It's a great place for the price.

“A perfectly lovely villa that allowed us the serenity we sought to end a perfect vacation.”
We booked this villa hoping to relax after a month traveling Mexico. The villa served this purpose beyond anything we could have hoped for. The design was lovely, plenty of privacy, exceptionally clean, the pool was clean and a perfect temperature, the kitchen was well stocked making cooking easy, and the view was stunning at sunset. The proprietor and the staff were all very helpful and pleasant.

“Amazing and very friendly owners.”
We stayed in villa #9 and the view overlooking the bay of Zihuatanejo is amazing. Luis made our stay very enjoyable and the response is very quick if you need something in your villa. The pool is very nice and quiet.

Great location, amazing view. Fast access to the beach (200m). Room with full kitchen, very useful and allowing to be very autonomous. Wifi working perfectly.
