“Dirty, poor, disappointing”
The cleanliness was very poor and the staff were not helpful. The room had a strong unpleasant smell, and the facilities were below standard. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The environment was very dirty and messy. The room was full of dust, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, there was no hand soap provided, and the shared bathroom had no air conditioning, making it very hot when showering or blow-drying hair. The front desk staff smoked, causing the whole room to smell like smoke. At first, I found that the locker lock was broken. After reporting it to the front desk, they told me not to use the locker and to leave my luggage outside. Later, I found that the door to my bed area was also broken, and only after reporting it again did they change my bed. I stayed for three nights and was charged CNY 50 more than the platform price. When paying in cash, they couldn’t provide change, so I had to use my WeChat wallet to receive the coins.

“Really good experience, privacy and comfortable sleep”
Good privacy. Nice and clean enough showers. The capsules have everything you want. Locks work really well. Location is good, I take a bicycle to the border. WiFi is fast.

“Pretty good cheap alternative to stay near Macao.”
Not too close, but walking distance from Macao border. Staff was nice but couldn't speek much English. Very comfortable capsule and quiet dorm room.
