I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Zhuhai Hengqin, and I must highlight the exceptional service provided by Eva. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, from offering detailed recommendations for visiting Macau to arranging a late checkout with a warm smile. The hotel itself is stunning. The high-altitude lobby and the sky pool on the 36th floor offer breathtaking views of the Hengqin skyline. The room was modern and spotless, and the signature warm cookie upon arrival was a sweet touch. Thanks to Eva's hospitality, this stay was truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Patrick’s approach reflects the highest standards of hospitality, and he made me feel truly valued as a guest — something I don’t say lightly. Having spent over 20 years working in hospitality and customer service, I can be hard to impress. However, Patrick’s professionalism, attention to detail, and authentic care not only met but exceeded my expectations. It is rare to encounter someone so naturally skilled in making guests feel genuinely welcome. Patrick is a true asset to the DoubleTree team, and it’s staff like him that turn a good stay into a memorable one. When I came to Hengqin on a business trip, I saw the newly opened DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. I chose this hotel out of trust in Hilton. Sure enough, it did not disappoint people. Hilton has always been at a high level. Duty manager Clarence was very warm and thoughtful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was rich and delicious.
