The receptionist was so lovely. He couldn't have been more helpful. His English was very good. The room is very clean also and the hotel is quiet. The person running the restaurant was also lovely and the tofu stew was excellent.

“Disappointed”
Please do not make booking from here, as the booking number cannot be verified when you check in from reception. Finally I have to ask my parents make a new booking and pay seperately. And right now, no response from customer service (neither the hotel nor booking.com)to process refund request. Very confusing

“Great hotel with room for improvement in customer support”
I booked an overnight stay here before heading to Dengfeng and found the hotel to be outstandingly clean, spacious and well equipped. I was also very impressed with the professional staff when I checked in.
