Zhangjiajie train station is within a 16-minute walk from Zhangjiajie Zhijue Art Hotel. Zhangjiajie bus station is a 13-minute walk away. Zhangjiajie Hehua Airport is 15 minutes away by car. I had an amazing stay here and truly cannot recommend this hotel enough. The service was exceptional from start to finish. At first, I thought she was a staff member, but later found out she was actually the owner of the hotel — which made the experience even more impressive. She speaks very good English and was always available on WeChat whenever we needed help. She kindly assisted us with finding drivers, checking train routes, planning our itinerary around Zhangjiajie and Furong, and answering all of our questions. She even provided complimentary water for us throughout our stay. Honestly, not even in many 5-star hotels have I experienced this level of genuine care and hospitality. The room was amazing for the price — very clean, comfortable, cosy, and welcoming. Everything exceeded our expectations. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends, family, and anyone reading this review. Give it a try — it’s absolutely worth staying here!

The lady that runs it goes out of her way to assist you with limited English. She was amazing! The property was central to convenient stores and restaurants. It was about 20 min walk from train and bus station and Tieman mountain bus depot.

“Well run little hotel”
great hosts. We arrived very late, but no problem with arriving at 12.15 am. We only stayed a night as moving onto accommodation booked inside national park, but this hotel did offer good options to explore the park, Great for airport, only 10 mins in taxi.

“Staff are great but cold stay”
The staff were so helpful and welcoming. The room was big with a big bed. Location was good for what I needed to do - was near bus station and near gondola.
