“Incredible service, spotless rooms”

An absolutely incredible stay at the NVUE Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s service was flawless: super friendly, warm, and always willing to help. They explained all the park activities to us with maps and tons of detail, which made organizing our visits so much easier. They also spoke perfect English, so communication was effortless the whole time. The location is fantastic, perfect for getting around Zhangjiajie National Park without any hassle. The rooms are great, comfortable, and have everything you need, and everything was spotlessly clean throughout the hotel. In short, a perfect experience. We’d come back without hesitation and recommend it 100% to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. A huge thank you to the team for making our stay so special!

“Nancy, Tim and Robert were amazing”

The best part of our trip was meeting Nancy, Tim and Robert they are a credit to the Hotel. Exceptionally friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. They are your future.! 😀 we loved our stay and they made it special ❤️. They planned all of our trips made it really easiest easy for us to understand and if we got stuck, we could message them on WeChat which we did once and Nancy immediately replied , It was much better than trying to book it yourself as they knew everything about the parks.

Great location and value for money. The staff are excellent, so helpful with booking activities and walking us through maps. The food at the restaurant is also excellent.

The breakfast was delicious and the location is excellent. The young man at the front desk speaks fluent English and helped me a lot.

Everything & everyone of the staff. Great hospitality. Special thanks to Robert whom did all the prearrangements for my family and made us feel most comfortable. Not forgetting Nancy,Tim and also the auntie during our meals. It’s the best reception that we had at a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay in this resort. Location was good, 7 minutes walk to the entrance of the park. Clean and nice rooms including a balcony with a beautiful view. We got some great advises from Robert where to go and help by booking tickets. Recommend this place for sure.

“Really nice”

The hotel is very close to the Forest Park, and they provide a shuttle service. All of them speak English. This has been my experience—one of the best days I’ve had in China, and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at.

“Wonderful Location - Friendly Staff”

The staff was very friendly. Tim helped me plan the visit to the park. The guys were kind of bringing to and picking me up the entrance of the park, that is anyway very close. Food was also great.

Staff went above and beyond to assist with all aspects of the logistics for the Forest Park - being so close to the entrance was a big plus - room was clean and very comfortable- food was really tasty and good option to be able to stay in at the hotel - overall a very comfortable and efficient stay

“The best four days I had during my long travel to China”

Amazing place for a start point to all atracciones of Zhangjiajie region. Cozy rooms with balcony, open air pool accesible all the time, excellent breakfast and the most important thing: all staff very helpful and confident in organizing tickets, transfers and all what you need - better than consierge in five-stars hotels in Beijing. I can recommend them, especially when you need local guide to the National Park ask about Jack - young, profesional and English speaking.
