“Wonderful people”

Staff were really helpful, very kind and friendly. They helped us book everything and when there was an error at the park they communicated with us and the park and for it sorted straight away. Good location for the national park but you will need to taxi to the other sites. Pizza, water and beer available at the help desk. Good value for money too. But the best part is the staff they are wonderful.

This Inn was excellent with staff being so helpful from before we arrived booking our tickets for the National Park and on arrival showing us the best routes for our 2 days. Arriving back after a tiring day being able to order a beer and the best pizza since Italy was brilliant

The hosts and the atmosphere are very friendly, we felt welcomed. They help with the ticket booking and give tips. The room was pretty big and comfortable. Western toilet is a big plus.

Friendly and helpful hosts who offer a complimentary booking service for entrance tickets and give great advice on how to best tackle Zhangjiajie Forest National Park. The location is excellent: the East Gate is just a 6-minute DiDi ride away (around 8 ¥). You really can’t beat the price — I’d happily stay here again. Our private room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is complimentary and genuinely delicious; the homemade dumplings were the highlight. In the evenings, they also make wood-fired pizza for about 60 ¥, and they sell fresh orange juice from their own orange farm for 15 ¥, which was a nice touch.

Hosts are absolutely adorable. We got free breakfast and even free drinks one day. They are super helpful.

The hostel is close from every national park. The badroom and bathroom were clean. It is a nice place to meet people. There's a street full of conviance strore and restaurant next to it.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful!! 💚 Their genuine hospitality made me feel like home. They also helped me connect with other travellers staying at the hostel, so I ended up spending three amazing days exploring Zhangjiajie with new friends. The atmosphere here is warm, authentic and unforgettable, definitely one of my favourite places in China.
