The property is stunning and surrounded by hills - you can see Tianmen Mountain in the far distance on a clear day. The staff were incredibly helpful in arranging trips and helping in every way possible. There is a very nice atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of city areas. Great food. Could easily have stayed longer. The pool will be amazing when the weather warms up.

The hotel is very beautiful, made of houses in wood sorrounded by trees in hills and with a very good view of mountains and forests. the room is very, very big, it is a whole house. The staff, although no one speaks good English, is absolutely wonderful, always there to help in anything you may need, using translation apps.

The hotel is quietly set between the mountains. We arrived at night and the whole grounds had beautiful lighting. We stayed in the Family House which was very nice. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We also had dinner at the hotel; ask for the menu in advance!

He booked everything we needed to enter and explore the national parks. Everything worked out perfectly, pick up at the airport, taxis, tickets etc. Great value for money!

The location of the hotel is simply fantastic! It's in a peaceful and beautiful area full of nature and quietness. The owner (we suppose) is more than friendly and super eager to help you out with anything. He's full of energy, speaks more than decent English, and will go out of his way to get you going!

It's a really amazing place. The wood and stones here are particularly ancient. Living here is just like living in a wonderland! The breakfast is extremely abundant, including both Chinese and Western styles. The staff here are also very enthusiastic. All in all, it's a place worth visiting many times.
