“Love this hotel!”

Love the location! 6 min walk to be shuttle bus to take you to Tianmen Mountain/fairy fox show. Local delicacies across the hotel. The hotel was under a different name on Amap: Xioncheng Hotel and it was a bit difficult to find from the outside. They upgraded our room as there as an ethnic minorities cultural event where they were playing music and the staff informed us that it might get noisy, but we didn't hear anything in the room. The room itself was very modern, clean and quite comfortable! Staff did not speak English but we were able to use translation. Super friendly staff though!

Good location for the Tianmen Mountain Cablecar. Clean, spacious. Breakfast was purchased separately but was tasty. Free laundry. Helpful staff.

The location was excellent, situated opposite many good restaurants and conveniently close to the entrance of Tianmen Mountain. The room itself was spacious and generally clean, making for a comfortable stay overall.

“Comfortable, convenient and easy stay”

It was amazing. Just at our arrival they offered to us an upgrade with no costs. They gave us a lot of information about places and activities in Zhangjijie. The room had all the amenities and was huge and modern. Additionally I asked for laundry and they did it for me in less than 3 hours for free. To conclude we asked the last day before our stay at 22:00 if we can stay 1 more day in the same room and they accept and was just a quick payment for the extra night, super easy to do the change. We really appreciate the work and hospitality we received from the staff. Thank you so much and great job! :)

“Good Stay at Hero Hotel”

I liked the location near to the entrance for Tianmen Mountain and it is easy to get there. They help me with the instructions to go to the Park. The room was clean and the staff was kind.

Location is top notch! Near Tianmenshan CableWay. Super convenient 5-7minute walk. Restaurants and eating places all around the hotel. Supermarket really close by. Staff are very attentive and responsive. Customer service is excellent.

Good location, 15 mins walk to Tianmen mountain cable car office. The room size was decent, bed was huge, very clean, bathroom was very nice. Very comfortable.

Perfect location for visiting Tianmen mountain. The cable car entry and shuttle bus was just a few minutes walk away. Room was very modern, clean and comfortable.

The room was big and clean, water bottles were provided everyday and the stuff was kind and helpful. All in all, it was a nice and pleasant stay

The location is nearby of the main cableway. The room was very nice. And the staff was also nice. separately it is worth noting the english assistant. She helped with the reservation the famous attraction and helped to plan the travel route.
