Staff are great Place was quiet, on mountain view and close to the forest park .. many convenient stores nearby and restaurant.. ladies at reception are very helpful and kind... They saw us a family so they kindly offered more help with nearby rooms.. they found our belongings in the room and called us after checkout.. thanks for your hospitality.. Staff at restaurant were great too.. there's a freeaundry up, and a nice sitting in the lobby.. very compact, easy access and hospitable. All amenities are available in the room.

The hotel is located near the entrance to the National Park. The hotel staff booked tickets for us for all the days of our stay to the places I selected. They also explained in detail the best route through the National Park to ensure we saw everything we could. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby serving traditional food. The beautiful embankment is a 10-15-minute walk away. In the evening, everything is beautifully illuminated, and a musical dancing fountain on the bridge turns on every half hour.

The hotel staff and their pre-travel english language assistant were extremely helpful in securing our tickets to various attractions in advance. They also explained the routes to take depending on the length of your stay for the National Forest Park. The breakfast was good, it had enough to make you happy if you are not Chinese whilst enticing you to try new things. If you eat meat, nothing beats their morning noodle soup. It's delicious and a hearty start to the day especially if you are going to hike. The room was comfortable, the shower was hot. You can also do your laundry for free. The location is walking distance from the eastern entrance which is super convenient. There are lots of restaurants around and the convenience store next door is also great. It sells 1.5L water bottles which is ace. Many of the restaurants also can be asked to make food not spicy. A short didi ride gets you to anything else you might want to explore too.

Great hotel, perfectly located 5 min walking distance to the National Park East gate entrance. The hotel staff are exceptional, very helpful. The room was great, lovely views and the bed was very comfy, definitely recommend staying here. Complimentary laundry service also provided.

Cosy boutique hotel at a convenient location, with short walk to Wulingyuan East entrance and many restaurants, foot massage parlours, supermarket nearby! The staff were very helpful and helped us bought entrance tickets as well as planned the daily routes for us. Overall, we totally enjoyed our stay and will recommend as it is good value for money at a superb location!

The hotel is 5 mins walk from the national park entry gate. The rooms are extremely comfortable, breakfast really tasty and the staff are super helpful. Shout out to Carol who contacted us before we arrived and booked all our tickets for us and made our itinerary so we didnt even have to think 😊
