Close to Zhangjiajie National Park. Very spacious apartment inside a beautiful residential complex. Has a full-fledged kitchen and other facilities like washing machine, good for long stays. Provides sufficient drinking water bottles. Has good wi-fi network and the sweet host makes check-in process smooth. The host also helped us with our luggage.

The apartment is very spacious for a group of people! Location is just out of main town but still very close, 5¥ DiDi to gate. Restaurants and mini shop next door. The main reason to stay here is the host. She is amazing and so helpful with tickets and advice on how best to enjoy the park. She helped us everyday and was very responsive on WeChat. I cannot recommend this place enough if you want to make the most of your Zhangjiajie stay. Thank you very much, we are so grateful!

Xi Valley Apartment was an absolute gem for our family of three + Nan! The place is huge – two full bathrooms and loads of living space make it perfect for families or a small group that doesn’t want to feel cramped. We stayed six nights and really appreciated how well-equipped it is: powerful A/C in every room, a big fridge-freezer, washing machine, and a proper set of kitchen utensils, so cooking at “home” when we wanted to was a breeze. The Location hit the sweet spot for us. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood about 2 km from the centre of town: just a relaxed 30-minute walk, or a ¥5–6 (AUD $1-2) Didi ride when we had groceries or the little one was too tired to walk. A handy little street only 100 m away from the apartment has a small selection of restaurants (the BBQ spot is fantastic), plus a convenience store, massage shop and chemist. The National Park East Gate is roughly 1 km away, so you can beat the crowds at opening time. Our host was phenomenal. She pre-arranged private cars for both arrival and departure, met us at 11 pm to help with luggage, and was back at 6 am on check-out day! Throughout the week she messaged tips, arranged our 4-day National Park pass and Grand Canyon tickets at a discount, and generally made life easy for Western travellers unfamiliar with the area. Great value, super comfortable, and the kind of personal service that turns a trip into a standout memory. We’d book Xi Valley again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie.

Landlady was very helpful. Always answer you immediately by wechat. And she managed most of our trips for free. Apartment was huge, 3 bedroom 4 double beds and kitchen dining room as well. Very ideal who is traveling by family or group. Feel like in your home.Very satisfied.
