Homely and welcoming. Nice evening meals available at good prices and we were grateful for the washing facilities . Steve and family great hosts and very knowledgeable about the locality and helped us enormously. We had pre booked our tours and had some difficulties with tour operators. We would recommend booking local tours through Steve for a more enjoyable stay.

I can only recommend staying at this hotel when you come to Zhangjiajie! We had an amazing stay here and an unforgetable experience. The breakfast is great and fresh every morning and the rooms are very spacious and clean. Steven, the owner, is a great guy and he will help you with all your questions. If you need any tickets or are interested in the activities around Zhangjiajie (such as the Avatar Mountains), Steven will buy them for you and give you unique routes so you don't have to wait too long at the queues. All in all this is a great hotel and I can only recommend it.

Steven was a such an amazing host and helped us with all our needs. We had a view of Tianmen cave from our room, and a lovely breakfast every morning. Was our favorite place to stay. Thank you Steven and family.

Manager Steve was super helpful and spoke good Engish. Rooftop eating/drinking area was nice as was having a pool table and free laundry. Bed super comfortable which is rare in China as most beds too hard.

“Hospitality is alive and well here”

The first thing that wowed me was the room. It was massive. King bed, big windows to view the mountains. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional. Steven really went out of his way to ensure a comfortable stay. Pool table and a few beers made it feel like home.

Good hotel, has some hostel vibes I must say. Great location to visit the Tianmen Mountain. The host (owner?) helps you to book all the visits you want. The staff speaks good English which was nice. The rooms are good for the prive you pay. Don't expect luxury, but you have everything you need. The pick-up from the airport was nice.

A wonderful stay – highly recommended! ​We had an amazing time at this property! The place was spotlessly clean, cute, and very cozy. ​The true highlight, however, was the owner. Their helpfulness was absolutely 100%. They assisted us with everything, starting well before our arrival with the park reservations, and continued to guide us once we were on-site, giving us excellent recommendations on where to eat. Great way of managing any little inconvenience ​Another huge plus for us was having access to laundry facilities (washing machine), which was super convenient. The location is also excellent for visiting the mountains. If we ever come back to the area, we will definitely book here again!

Steven the owner is extremely nice and helpful. He supported us by booking our tickets to the nearby parks and attractions, providing an early check-in and mich more. The hotel is very comfortable, wonderfully located and fairly priced!

Steven was really helpful about everything I asked. He gave me a map for visiting the national park and explained everything in detail to me. The location is really good and nearby to the Tianmen mountain.

Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was tasty and had choice of savoury and sweet. the hotel is in a good location and it offers pick up from the airport. Steven is very nice and helpful and made our stay really enjoyable. Would recommend

To be here is like being at your relatives home. The caffè Latte here is the best one in China! We spend 3 nights here and made 2 laundry which was very good and not granted in all places where we have been at.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Zhangjiajie. Steve and Grace truly showed me what Chinese hospitality is all about. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They also helped me a lot in planning my activities, which made my trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel was spotless, very clean and well maintained, and the location is excellent, very close to the airport and Tianmen Mountain, which makes everything super convenient.
