The hosts were superb, kind and helpful to get a tailor made national park visits for us - which took into comsideration the weather conditions. The breakfast was also awsome, we got all support what we could wish. Walking distance are many restaurants, so easy to go out. I recommend the resort very much.

The host was v friendly, professional and helpful in explaining everything , making reservation ,giving tips .

In Zhangjiajie, we had exceptional hosts. The hotel took care of picking us up from the airport — the transfer was included in the room price. They even bought our tickets while we were still in France. They also arranged a driver to take us to the national parks (Tianmen Mountain and zhangjiajie Park). They took their time with us and explained everything using a translation machine, which allowed us to understand everything they wanted to show us. The lady also helped us order a cake for a birthday surprise the next day. We were able to do everything we wanted in Zhangjiajie, and it was truly exceptional. For the rooms — actually, we had two rooms: one suite and one family suite. They were really fine. We really appreciated the quality and cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the facilities. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The host was amazing and helpful before, during, and after our stay. He helped us plan our route to visit all the scenic spots around Tianmen Mountain and the Forest Park. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable, featuring a large bed, nice mood lighting, and an open patio with a bathtub and a great view. The included breakfast offered a wide variety of filling options, along with fresh fruits and vegetables, a great way to start the day. Highly recommended!

“Perfect in every way”

We were blown away by the attention and kindness of the hosts. They took their time to give us a detailed explanation of TianMen mountain for our visit and, as we had to leave very early in the morning the following day, they prepared a lovely packed breakfast for us. The accommodation was beautiful, stylish, clean and the beds very comfortable. We only wish we could have stayed longer !

The staff was amazing although they did not speak English, they did their best. The room was very interesting.

Close to the cable cars, very pretty rooms and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Lucas, the concierge, helped us with tickets, transport, dinner recommendations for Zhangijaje, breakfast and everything we needed for our trip to Tianmen mountain. He made sure we were ok and was very caring. He makes staying here worth it!

If you are looking for a clean, convenient place to stay (both to the airport and to the attractions), with beautiful rooms, ever-patient and ever-helpful staff, then it is hard to fault the Su Xin Resort. In particular, the staff were fantastic. I booked a solo trip to China on a whim (literally booked flights the day before I left), without speaking the language or understanding any of the systems like payments etc. Despite being in an entirely unfamiliar world, Lucas and Nini helped me to feel very comfortable navigating the surrounds. They helped to plan my days to get the most out of my 5 day stay, and were compassionate, encouraging, and generous. They prepared breakfast each day, and were attentive to my requests (I requested less wheat/gluten and they prepared rice dishes for me going forward). They could tell me how to get around the city, had specific recommendations for how to get the most out of the attractions. The rooms themselves were clean, stylish, modern. The location is set back from the road, so there was no traffic noise. Knowing that I could message them if I got stuck while out and about, and that I had a wonderful room to get back to each night, coupled with the generosity of the staff all helped me to have a fantastic trip. Strongly recommend!

Honestly, without a doubt, it was one the best places I stayed in on any vacation. The rooms are spacious and super clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly, gentle, genuine and warm. They were always ready to help. The food was delicious and fresh. They treat you like a celebrity. To us, they were the celebrity themselves. ❤️

Staff were very nice and accommodating - we left very early in the morning, staff came in earlier to prepare breakfast for us (despite it being before breakfast started) Gave good recommendations for food and activities, including helping with our planning for our upcoming days even though we were no longer staying with them. Restaurant next door is very good, one of the best in our entire trip

This place is truly second to none. Its close proximity to the city centre makes it incredibly convenient, with everything easily accessible within minutes. However, what truly sets this accommodation apart is the exceptional care and hospitality provided by the lady who runs the hotel. She took the time to sit down with us one-on-one, carefully explaining the best places to visit and offering thoughtful guidance throughout our stay. She even followed up with us during the day to check that we had arrived safely and had enough time at each location, which was such a personal and reassuring touch. When we had an early start one morning, she kindly packed breakfast for us, and on the second day she personally cooked breakfast herself. The entire experience felt warm, welcoming, and genuinely homely. Combined with the unbeatable central location, this stay was outstanding, memorable, and one we would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, care, and convenience all in one place.
