Very nice and helpful receptionist, she helped us with the check in even if we arrived late. She offered to book all the tickets for the park and grand canyon for us, but we already have them. Room was big enough with a nice balcony.

Great location, very close to the mountains. Very nice cozy ambiance as well. Breakfast was decent.

Nice location to explore Zhangjiajie national park (25 min walk to the East gate). The rooms are simple, but there is everything you need for a short stay. Hotel staff was also so nice contacting us in advance, suggesting how to plan our days and booking all tickets.

The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are very good, especially the bed is very comfortable, the reception is very enthusiastic, the service is very good, the check-in is very fast, and if there is a problem, they will help solve it in time!

Clean, super convenient location, room is exactly as described. Would say that the lady is a super host, introduced and explained to us how to tour zhangjiajie and offer to help us with all the booking (they have no commission, it’s purely a service provided). This hotel is part of the 索溪山寨 hotel chain that consist of restaurants. So it’s restaurant is right beside and the food 三下锅 and the alcohol is very awesome! And there’s 10% discount when you show your room card. There’s also a shared and portable dryer in the room that is pay-as-you-use. Overall, an awesome experience that I would recommend to all!

“Comfortable stay, good location, nice staff”

The room was comfortable, stylish and served all my needs and more. The hotel was charming, it looks like they do tea ceremonies as well. The best part was the location, a convenient vibrant area with many restaurants and shops around. Just a 20 min walk to the East park entrance. The staff was very friendly, they did not speak English but genuinely wanted to help via the translate app.

The bed was so comfy, I loved the style of the bathroom, I read a few complaints on the way the bathroom is so open, well don’t book it if you’re with other people then. I loved it! The staff were so incredibly helpful! The location was fantastic, 20/30 min walk to the National park entrance. Very very happy and would love to stay again

This place is great value for money. The staff were so helpful in arranging pickup and sorting ticket to all the parks and helping us with our route through them. They also allow you to a complementary tea tasting which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place.

Love it all, the room, the sweet staff and neighborhood, love the vibes of china, very recommended when you travel to zhangjiajie, near gate with the east gate of national park, around of souvenir shop and food restaurant, love the food, so tasty, thankyou the host for the hospitality, she help us in ebery way. You can use free washing machine at 5th floor

Pretty quiet and chill for a centered location, quick transportation to the East gate(5 mins by taxi), reasonable price, great restaurant around ( Nextdoor same owner hotel guests get a discount), great staff.

Location is good with many eateries just outside the hotel, plus close to East entrance of National Park. Room is comfortable and service is excellent.
