Room is great and view from it is fantastic especially when it's foggy,service even better guys at reception will help whatever is needed. National park entrance is 7 min walk from hotel and they offered to drive me there...

Incredible location looking out over the mountains and in a nice quieter village only 10mins walk to the south east gate for the national park. The staff were amazing - it was nice to support a local family who own it. Food was excellent including the breakfast buffet.

Gorgeous mountain views from my room. About 700m walk to the National Forest park middle gate (less crowded). Tasty breakfast, with made to order eggs and noodles. Kevin and Liang are AMAZING!! It felt like I had personal organisers. They organised tickets, changed my entry schedule everyday(need to be booked the day before), drove me to the gate when I was running late…Hotel services in China is generally of high standards, but these guys are exceptional.

Amazing view. 5 mns to the National Park entrance. Kevin, the administrator of the hotel made our stay very comfortable and unforgettable!

The location, staff, facilities and food were all fantastic. The view from the room onto Zhangjiajie National Park was breathtaking. One of the guys even dropped us to our required gate of the park when we could not get a taxi, brilliant customer service!

Purespace is an amazing property, the rooms are absolutely stunning, staff are phenomenal and so helpful. The host assisted my grandparents with many recommendations, requests, and even helped them with a lift to the national park, and assisted them with their suitcases during check-out. Besides having the most stunning views and immaculate rooms, the staff were exceptional. Although the property is outside the city, it is the perfect stay for nature and mountain lovers.

The rooms were beautiful especially the breathtaking views when facing the mountain. Added on by the friendly staff who were super friendly and knowledgeable with the area. The food was also fantastic, grown locally and delicious.
