“Well situated and charming”

The hotel is super well situated if you want to enter the East Gate to the National Park, just 5 minutes walking. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around too. You have to walk around 20 minutes to arrive to the city centre, but it is a nice walk. The room was big and nice, decoration was pretty. Bed was comfortable. Personal are nice and helpful, they explained how everything works in Wulingyuan and how to visit the park. I would definitely recommend and hope to come back!

Very convenient for the park entrance. Literally 5 minutes walking distance from the East gate. Great value for money. Clean and comfortable. The stuff was very nice.

“Cheap and cheerful.”

On balance, we would probably stay there again. It was very convenient for the east gate of the National Park, particularly if making an early start. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable, and there were restaurants, fresh fruit stalls and convenience stores nearby. Also, if needing information and tickets for the National Park, Carol was both knowledgeable and helpful. But she does need a minimum of 7 days notice and, ideally, 10.

The staff was amazing from the first moment we arrived until we left. They were always available, they provided information about everything we needed and they treated us in the most welcoming way. Also the location is only 5 min walk to the entrance of Zhangjiajie national park so very easy to reach the main attraction. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

They gave good information about visiting the national park and ticket prices. They booked our tickets prior to arrival. Carol, their english assistant, was very helpful.

Located right next to the park’s East Gate entrance, spacious and clean rooms + super friendly staff that helped us arrange the perfect daytrips around Zhangjiajie. Everything was great!

Very close to national park, friendly and helpful hotel staff

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owners were extremely kind and helpful: they assisted us with purchasing tickets for the main attractions and gave us detailed advice on the best itineraries according to our needs. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the entrance gate to the national park, and right below the hotel you can find shops and delicious street food stalls. Thanks to their support and hospitality, we enjoyed our time in Zhangjiajie to the fullest. Highly recommended!

The staff was super helpful. Many thanks to Carol, who contacted us in advance offering help navigating our options in the area. She saved us a lot of time and effort for the planning. Navigating all the available options available for visiting in the area can be challenging, and a local patiently explaining and recommending solutions is an invaluable assist for planning your experience. The hotel looks really cute, with "traditional" style furniture. It's a five minute walk from the national park (I would say, the main attraction in the region), and it overlooks an open market, making it an ideal solution to reach the park for the day, get back and shower, then enjoy some food close to your stay. Great value for the price paid.

“Great hotel and great location”

The hotel helped us book tickets for all the attractions we wanted to see, including helping us plan our trip to the national park to get the most out of our 2 days. There is a food market outside the hotel offering loads of choices of great food. The entrance to the national park is walking distance from the hotel.

V friendly and helpful owners who give advice and can book tickets cheaper than official website (although no English spoken)
