“Loved it. Would 100% stay again”

Such a beautiful room. The pool has been filled but they have another pool a 3 min walk up the road so no biggy. Ate at the restaurant they had and honestly some of the best Chinese food we have eaten in China. The staff were incredible like absolutely amazing. They were so helpful and kind. They took our heavy suitcases up the stairs for us. Also planned an itinerary for us and helped us with anything we needed. Also the location is super close to the mountains so it made it easy going. A little far from train station though

“Paradise in national park”

Our stay at the resort was amazing! The location is great, only 5 min by car ( resort free shuttle) to the national park. The view is stunning, right in front of the mountain. It was like being in paradise. The stuff, Tiffany and David, are the best! They are always at your disposal for whatever you need and help you with the planning, every day! They are always smiling and with positive attitude..this made our experience even more special! We will go back to the resort for sure!!

“Great experience , great staff”

Great staff (Tiffany) she helped us with tickets for all nearby attractions, she even paid in advance for us. No language barrier at all. We enjoyed are stay there and can recommend this to everyone who wants to visit the national park. The restaurant has great food in the evening, you don't have to go out for dinner.

This hotel is perfectly located just a two-thirds minute drive from the West Gate of the National Park. The drop-off and pick-up service is a huge plus and Tiffany is fantastic and spoke excellent English. She even helped us plan our park route. As a first-time visitor to the park, this was very helpful. The hotel’s surroundings are absolutely stunning. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony every night.

Tiffany is an exceptional person who truly goes above and beyond to help you and ensure you have the best possible comfort during your stay. You can trust her with your eyes closed. Highly recommended

You could ask for anything from Tiffany bia we chat, if need help in the mountains or medicine from the chemist .. staff were the highlight & food was nice ..

The place is amazing with a great view on Zhangjiajie mountains. It is very peaceful and the rooms are comfortable. The team is lovely, always flexible and helpful. Not being Chinese speaker, we were supported by Tiffany who was very kind and committed to help us organising our park visit with great tips. Highly recommend this place!!

“Perfect stay in Zhangjiajie”

This hotel gets a 10 out of 10. Where the hotel is situated, is amazingly beautiful, at the foot of a mountain, gorgeous view! Hotel looks amazing as well, taken care of, clean, cosey, and you feel the family vibe. The service is perfect, they explain everything about the Zhangjiajie park, arrange tickets, they even have a shuttlebus to the West Gate (5 minutes away). We also went to the Glass Bridge and the scenic environment, again they explain everything and arrange tickets (just for your information, the glass bridge takes about 1,5 hour travel by taxi). And last but not least, dinner is delicious, tastes like eating grandma's food at someone's home, heaven after a full day of walking through the most beautiful natural environments. So trust me and book this hotel, you won't regret it.

A wonderful family-run hotel in the mountains with a view of the Avatar Mountains .Delicious Chinese food at the local restaurant (we didn't have time to try everything on the menu in three days 😂) manager Tiffany speaks excellent English and resolves all your questions in no time! And Tiffany professionally planned itineraries to visit all the iconic locations, including purchasing all the tickets and providing transportation to the desired locations. Everything is so well-organized that all you have to do is enjoy the beauty and grandeur of the mountains. I want to come back and embrace the boundless beauty of the mountain peaks 👌Thank you Tiffany for the magnificent days 💕
