“Perfect comfortable and traditional hotel”

Perfect location and value for money. The personnel does not speak English, but with translate apps they helped us visit all the parks and the village perfectly. The hotel is modern with a traditional look.

Staff was very kind and available !! The hotel is very closed to the park so it is perfect for visiting tianzi mountain and avatar’s.

It’s much more than a hostel, it’s a « travel agency » as well. The owners were so nice, they took tickets for us for all the sightseeing activities and they took so much time to explain us everything. So happy they did that! The hostel is next to the bus station which is great! We used the washing machine, which was great as well. The owner recommended restaurants, we had the best dumplings at one place.

This hotel was excellent — comfortable, with a great location, spotless cleanliness, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious, had beautiful views, and the bathroom was very large. The highlight, however, was the wonderful staff. They helped us with our park tickets, explained everything clearly, and were always willing to assist us in every possible way. We are truly grateful for their support. They responded very quickly to all our questions via the chat service, available 24/7. They spoke English, and there was also free laundry available.

Great location, large comfortable rooms. Walking distance to the national park and lots of food. Lovely owner, very helpful with good English. Will help you organise any tickets you need for the area and give you advice.

It’s very close to the entrance of the park. Lots of places to eat. Night market is a few minutes walk from property. Summer was very helpful and knowledgeable, every morning she helped me plan my day in Zhangjiajie.

Well located, super comfortable beds with bed warmers and hot showers. Summer who works there (maybe a family run place?) was so sweet and helpful! Made great recommendations and was always available on WeChat. Hotel is walking distance to park east gate and close to food street/night market. Rustic, quiet hotel, excellent value for the price!

This was by far the best stay I've had in a long time, the owner is sooooo sweet and helped us plan our best routes every day, and if we would've had questions or gotten lost she would have been available at all times on wechat as well to help us. She made it feel like a home and we would absolutely stay here again when we come back, which we are planning to. The rooms are very spacious and the mattresses lovely and firm which is exactly what you need after very long days of hiking. Sorted my back right out. Stayed here for half a week.

Very lovely owner, helped us a lot with everything we needed. The most special is we could communicate in English without translator! She could booked the show and the parks in advance with discount! We would love to give her tip but she is so honest and wouldn't accept any tip as we felt bothered for all our requests.
