From the moment we made our reservation, everyone was incredibly attentive and helpful. Julie was always thoughtful, responsive, and attentive to every detail, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The place truly made us feel at home. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, cozy, and very well maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As an added bonus, we could enjoy a beautiful view of Tianmen Mountain directly from the balcony of our room, which made our stay even more special. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Zhangjiajie. Highly recommended!

“Great stay for Zhangjiejae first timers.”

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and everything was clean and new. The property is in a quiet location surrounded by the mountains, which was a great escape from our city stops. We were still about to get DiDi’s and food delivery when needed. Owen and Zhao Liujuan were extremely helpful and helped us plan our routes and organised our tickets and transport all for a fair price. We were able to do everything we wanted in 2 days. The complimentary Chinese breakfast was a noodle in broth dish with an egg and a bun, and was delicious. Could not recommend this property enough, the price was very fair.

Amazing property! The owner is super nice, and the facilities are practically new. Very nicely decorated. The food is amazing - do order lunch or dinner 🙌🏻 you are not gonna regret it.

Owen and his family were brilliant and very helpful. He talked us through our visit to tianmen mountain, he picked us up from the airport even though our flight was late and picked and dropped us off to the national park the next day. The breakfast was a traditional Chinese breakfast, very simple and nice. Would defo recommend for anyone to stay here!

Great service, the host was very helpful, she helped us to organise our itinerary and got the tickets for us. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Highly recommended.

The Owner Owen was super friendly and helped us with everything. Food as well as driving us around.

This is one of those accommodations for which you truly wish there was a greater rate than 10 to give. The room was big and spacious. The bed is huge and comfortable. But the staff, Owen and his sister are beyond any words to describe their attention, welcoming, kindness, help and above all patience. My niece and I were amazed by the amount of patience with our questions, and the help with our requests. They made our stay exceptional.

Great hospitality from sister Yuan and Yan. They made us feel so at home and spent time meticulously planning our day at the national park to meet our needs. They were so generous both with their time and resources and had an amazing sense of humour. Nothing was too much to ask of them. The room was great, extremely spacious and lovely shower. Fantastic heating system. We would return in a heartbeat!

Perfect Organization and Genuine Hospitality in Zhangjiajie We would like to express our huge gratitude to the hotel hosts for an incredibly comfortable stay! We got picked up from the airport, the hosts took care of all the arrangements: they booked our tours and created a perfect daily itinerary for us, which allowed us to see the maximum number of attractions without any rush. They also helped us with the trip to Tianmen Mountain. Always on Hand: When we had a problem paying for a taxi due to an app issue, they immediately helped us solve it. We always felt supported and encountered nothing but kindness. Cozy Atmosphere: The hotel is run by a very hospitable family who have created a genuinely warm atmosphere. Delicious Food: We highly recommend ordering meals directly at the hotel. The food here is very tasty, just like home cooking. Be sure to try the traditional Chinese breakfast—it's a great way to start the day. In conclusion, I definitely recommend this hotel to those who value not only a cozy room but also a personal approach and help with organizing excursions.

Great Homestay a bit outside town but easy to reach via didi. Really clean, room even with projection screen. Very nice and helpful owners. He even picked us up at the train station and dropped us at the entrance of tianmen mountain

“Amazing and cozy place to stay”

Amazing place to stay. It feels like if you are staying with friends. Especially Zhu Yan will do anything to make your stay comfortable. The food is excellent and can't be recommanded enough.

“Cannot recommend enough, stunning room and the staff are amazing and so helpful”

The room was one of the nicest we have had and for such a good price. The location is very close to Tianmen mountain. But the main benefit is the staff they are so so helpful we were picked up from the airport, cooked dinner, explained the best route to take to the mountain. The next day we were driven straight to the entrance and picked up once done. Also was offered to be dropped off to the bus terminal the next day. Cannot recommend enough, definitely stay here!!!

My son and I have traveled to many countries and have never been treated so well. The owner picked us up at the train station and took us there, made our tour itinerary, booked and bought our tickets, and organized transportation for the three days we stayed with her. She prepared my breakfast, as I am a vegetarian. It was perfect! The suite was cozy, clean, and had the best towels. It had a kettle and cappuccino maker, a hair dryer, and many other things, in addition to the beautiful view of the mountain. Thank you for everything, with you we learned what it means to be welcoming!
