Rebecca made our experience of visiting Zhangjiajie. So helpful with booking everything, super friendly and great breakfasts. The accommodation is brilliant too - very comfy, clean and welcoming!

“Can’t fault it!”

I have no faults for the property - Rebecca is a star! Even before I arrived she was in contact with me to ask about any tours/transfers/tickets I needed. On that note, she booked all my tickets for me including to ZJJ national park, Tianmen mountain, and to the Grand Canyon for a VERY reasonable price and didn’t charge any extra service fee. She also went above and beyond, taking me to ZJJ national park in her car. The property itself is gorgeous. It’s in a super cute area of Wulingyuan about 30 min walk from the bus station (where buses run regularly to ZJJ city and the national park locations). The room was comfortable and well-decorated with all the facilities I needed. Anything that wasn’t in the room Rebecca was more than happy to provide including laundry services and a breakfast (which I didn’t try but it was lovely to see) As a solo traveller, this property made navigating Zhangjiajie a fun and effortless experience, and I’m incredibly thankful❤️

Extremely great location for Avatar Mountains + many other attractions and the staff were extremely friendly and service was incredible. Everything was lovely.

“Great place to love ZJJ”

The noodles have been the best ones of our stay in China; the host speaks english fluently and was very helpful with the tickets to main attractions.

The hosts was so hospital. Genuinely lovely people. They gave us a souvenir after our stay and treated us a cake when we informed them we were celebrating our anniversary! We enjoyed our stay here

The fascinating place with great atmosphere! The host of the place - Rebecca - she’s just fantastic and amazing, gave us great recommendations on the route, helped out with the tickets, transfers, and our problems with the phone loss. Hospitality is on top! The accommodation is nice and clean, equipped with everything needed, and the view is breathtaking! Highly recommend this place! You won’t regret it.

The Hotel is placed very close to the east gate of the national park and they even offer a free shuttle service to the gate. It’s a family run hotel and they are incredibly friendly and helpful. They speak really good English and helped us organize our days in the park and booked all the best tickets for us.

“Great base for exploring”

The room was really comfortable & clean. The host Rebecca spoke great English & was really helpful & knowledgeable about exploring the national parks / local areas. Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights - could have easily have stayed more. The accommodation is just outside of town - can easily walk / get a cheap taxi.

“Excellent stay, super friendly”

The staff are really kind and helpful. They go out of their way to make you have a positive experience. We got welcome waters and watermelon. They even helped us with our laundry and changed the towels everyday. We were always greeted when leaving or returning and the room was spacious.

Everything was great, owner was very kind, her english is perfect, so she suggested us the best routes and told us all the options of the national park, she arranged the trip to the Glass Brigde canyon for us, and brought us to the bus station. Hotel is clean, room was not so big, but cosy

Rebecca and her family were very helpful and friendly. She helped us organize our stay and even took me to the hospital when a monkey in the park scratched me, so I could get a vaccination. The homemade food was delicious and the beds were very comfortable.
