“Had a lovely time at the Cozy Boutique Hotel”

It was in a great location for the East gate of the Zhangjiajie national park. It was clean, cozy and the staff were very helpful. They went above and beyond helping me to recover my cash and AirPods when I forgot them at the hotel, sending them to my next hotel via courier at low cost. They sold coffee open from 7am.

We stayed three nights in Wulingyuan, and our experience was wonderful. The lady who runs the place was incredibly kind and helpful — she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She helped us buy the park tickets, and thanks to her, everything was super easy. The room was spacious and very comfortable, we could do our laundry at no extra cost, and there was coffee available downstairs. The location was also great — within walking distance to the park entrance. We truly recommend this accommodation 100%! The host’s kindness made our stay unforgettable.

Our 5-night stay at this charming, family-owned hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome to the heartfelt farewell, every moment felt personal and genuine. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and tastefully decorated with local touches. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, offering great local tips and sorting out our itineraries and park tickets. As a bonus - It is a short walk of the East gate of the National Park. It’s rare to find a place that blends comfort, care, and character so seamlessly.An absolute gem we’ll never forget.

“Highly recommend staying here!”

Great hotel which is clean and well located (5mins walk from the main entrance of the national park). The hotel itself was nicely decorated, very spacious and clean with amenities provided. Lots of natural light fills the room, and great food options nearby. The owners and staff here are great. They helped us in building an itinerary for the Zhangjiajie scenic area. Not only did they suggest locations to visit, but they told us how to get to and from each of those locations - they can even help book taxis. We were also able to buy tickets for all recreation in Zhangjiajie with the hotel. Overall a great stay with great hospitality which really made the trip memorable. We would love to come back.

“Family hotel with lical flavour and tea traditions”

Excellent location iclose to park entrance and away from main streets with crowds. The family run hotel is based on their tea traditions and deleciouse mountain organic tea. The ladies are super friendly however with limited English competences. Though app enabled us to communicate. They kindly invited us to have tea and backed sweet potato with them. With some additional maintenance and service skills this family bussines has the potential.
