“A fantastic stay , friendly staff and Wendy we will never forget . Also the visits off the parks with the beautiful nat”
Wendy , iff we dident have her help for communication,payments,information , flights exc.. we good never done in 4 days what we did , we did 2 parks completely with the help of our personal driver and Wendy . Thanks again for your efforts to help !!!

Hotel design, interior, cleanliness, location, view and hospitality of staffs had been outstanding. Location is little away from city and calm, quite and enjoyable. Breakfast menu was too rich with many options to satisfy any person's choices. Especially lobby manager/ butler Mr. Si-Yu (Andy) was extremely caring and helpful beyond his duty times even.

The room is spacious and the staff were helpful. Mostly Wendy. She's so thoughtful by helping us book all our itinerary during our stay. Provided us with full details even on her off duty hours. Thank you!
