The most cozy and authentic hotel, it felt like we were living in a Chinese drama. The decor was extremely beautiful, not to mention the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they even reached out to us in advance to plan our trips and tickets and answered all our queries. Tianmen Mountain is located just a few minutes away. Best part of this hotel is the dog that keeps bringing us his toy to play, I almost couldn't bear to leave :(

The location and rooms were good, and the staff were helpful overall. However, the room did smell strongly of smoke, and the walls were quite thin, so noise from other guests could be heard. There are also many floors, so it’s worth avoiding the upper levels if you’re less active.

This was my favorite hotel from my entire trip to China. The room was incredibly beautiful, featuring elegant wooden furniture and stunning wallpapers. The bed was very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were amazing and helped us with everything we needed. They even provided a complimentary car pickup from the train station, which was a wonderful touch.

The staff are amazing here as they had messaged to offer tickets to the park and canyon, so everything was done before our arrival. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The location is perfect, near all the restaurants and walking distance to the cable car station and bus station. It's down the main alleyway to the right as the line of restaurants finish. Keep walking down with your back to the cable car station building and keep looking to your right, you will see the sign for it down a little driveway. Cabs stop on the main road and then it's about a 5 minute walk.

Fantastic location, alleyways with restaurants, massage etc on the doorstep. 5 minutes from the main gondola to Tianmen Mountain. Easy access to DIDI and Taxis to travel further from town, the national park gates, caves etc etc.

This was a lovely hotel, opposite the Tianmen mountain cable car, tucked just off an alley with lots of restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable and very good value for money.

“Good location for those travelling by plane”

Average hotel in a very touristy area close to the Tianmen mountain cable way entrance (hence a lot of hustle around with restaurants and sellers of hiking equipment). The hotel has everything you need for a short stay.

The hotel definitely gives the vibes of traditional Chinese architecture and it is a nice change from the usual Western hotel chains. The hotel is really close to the Tianmen cable car, so it is very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shops near by.

The accommodation was in a very good location, close to the entrance of the cable car and near plenty of street food options. They also organized tickets for all the attractions, which was very convenient for us.
