Great place to stay, great location 15 min walk from the east gate Really helpful English speaking staff on reception who helped us plan our entire stay with maps and made it so easy, he got the tickets for us and a lift from the airport! We were also able to check in early as the room was ready. Such an easy stay!

Amazing reception team, so helpful in providing us with things to do and the itinerary for each day. We never had to plan or book anything ourselves! Perfect location in the cutest town walking distance from entry into the park. Thank you to the team for a great time!

The room was spacious and clean. Good location to visit the national park. The staff were amazing! Took their time to explain the best routes for the park, draw in the maps, helped us buy the tickets and so on. We even got fridge magnets as gifts from them. Truly amazing.

I chose this hotel after doing extensive research on hotels and reviews, and I’m very happy with my choice. I specifically selected this hotel because I wanted to buy tickets for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain directly through the hotel, and everything worked out perfectly. Chen and the receptionist were incredibly helpful with organizing our trip. They carefully explained everything, marked the routes on the map, and made sure our trip was smooth and well planned. The breakfasts were also delicious. The hotel arranged transfers from the airport and to the railway station, and even gave us thoughtful gifts, which was a very nice touch. I highly recommend the hotel and would gladly stay here again!

Exceptional. Simply exceptional. The service and help provided by Lee and Trent were absolutely incredible. They go the extra mile to make sure you have the best time ever. They make sure that everything is running smoothly during your visit. That is customer service at its best. The cleanliness of the rooms, the location, and the access they provide for the local activities are spot on. Simply just great. The breakfast was really nice and homely, and the ladies in the kitchen look after you if you need anything. If you are looking for a place to stay in Zhangjiajie, this is the place to be.

The best hotel we stayed in China in our trip. The most hospitable and helpful people who helped us for free with reservations for the park, with itineraries and all the useful information we needed, like places to eat.Lee will always be a special person for us, he also gave my kid gifts . The location of the hotel was amazing, the rooms were so big and comfy. Cleaning every day, you could get free water and also do free laundry when needed. Breakfast was very good, plenty of options. In short, best stay for our family and most amazing people.

“Best stay in China”

It was the best accommodation we had in China in matter of hospitability and facilities from our trip to China. Lee was the most amazing person we have ever met, he helped us for free with all the organising of the tours, with all the booking, he gave us tips for having amazing food and for getting things. The room was huge, clean and the location was amazing. The breakfast was great, plenty of options. Location of the accommodation is great, 5 min by Didi to the entrance of the National Park. Free laundry possible there. Lee made all pur reservation for the tickets for no extra price at all, he explained everything to us so we could manage to spend the most amazing 5 days in that place. We will forever be grateful to him.

Sorted out all our tickets and provided great advice and recommendations. Were flexible to some last minute changes too. Balcony a nice touch. The ‘Muslim Restaurant’ in town had some decent vegetarian options for those looking.

During my trip to China, Zhangjiajie was the most memorable destination. I have never been to a more beautiful place! Chen is the best host in the world—helpful, kind, and truly dedicated. The hotel is spotless, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the location is perfect. Chen made my stay so much easier and helped me a lot with planning my trip. I would like to thank him once again for everything, and I highly recommend him to everyone!
