“Great value for money in Zjj”
The location, the staff and the property itself. The place boast a positive vibe. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very helpful to all the visitors. Pepe and Lin does an amazing job with making the guests feel warm (literally - they have heating system in all rooms) and welcomed. They can also offer you good deal for the amazing places that are worthy to see when you’re in Zhangjiajie.

“Disappointing”
The pictures do not match the place! Don’t get confused by them! It was Dirty, Tabaco smell everywhere, no English, the “toilet” is a whole in the bathroom, nobody was in the reception over the days, towels missing, no information for the attractions, just embarrassing … I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I just feel scammed

Its location is very good. The street is quiet and it is near to the cable way to Tianmen mountain station. The owner of the hotel gave us nice advises and helped us to get the tickets for the park.

“An evocative hotel, perfect”
"Absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we knew this hotel was something special. The staff were very hospitable and made us feel like VIPs from the very beginning. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and spotless. The bed was so comfortable that we almost didn't want to leave! What really stood out was the attention to detail and personalized service - it was clear that the hotel went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay and we can't wait to come back. A truly unforgettable experience!"
