The attitude of the owner of the apartment is simply terrible. No time will I stay in this apartment again. Moreover, I do not advise anyone to deal with the owner of this apartment. The trip was ruined.

The owner sent me a very useful email with all information about how to find the flat and the keys to open the foor. She even sent me a youtube video. Finding the flat has been super easy!
