everything was perfectly organized. we received detailed instructions by email. even with our late arrival there was no problem. from organizing a taxi ride from the train station, through picking up the key, and after being dropped off in front of the apartment. since the building in which the apartment is located is on quite a large hill, it is accessible by elevator (which you will appreciate if you have large luggage or arrive exhausted from a tour). The apartment is new, spacious and clean. in the kitchen there is nothing missing in terms of equipment. the bathroom was smaller with a nice shower. from the balcony there is a view of the Matterhorn. on the dining table there were lots of recommendations on where to go and what to do in Zermatt, as well as discounts on various places and attractions. there was also a bowl of chocolate as a welcome, which was gone before I knew it. we were excited about everything!!! thank you

Close to all amenities, shops and transport... bed was comfortable, full kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals... Incredible accommodation... we'd surely stay there again!

“Great place to stay in Zermatt.”
Great place to stay when in Zermatt! Taxi and key hand over is convenient. Location is great if you don't mind the uphill walk. Ski locker is super helpful. This was our second stay at this flat.

Very well thought through and decorated flat. Lots of storage. Contact with owner very easy, fast and efficient. Good location for lots of restaurants.
