“Overall an amazing stay :-)”

The room was beautiful and cozy, and so tastefully decorated in a sophisticated but rustic chalet style! Enjoyed the balcony too, even though we didn't have a view of the Matterhorn. Will request this the next time I book. The spa was lovely, we had it to ourselves as it was low season (late April). The breakfast was delicious and so varied and tasteful, and the staff were attentive and friendly. We really appreciated the staff at reception too, both at check-in and check-out. I'd like to mention that Ayan was exceptionally friendly and helpful! We loved the fact that the hotel has some cool bars both in and outside, as well as a great club just downstairs! It was our first time at the Unique Hotel Post (though not the first time in Zermatt) and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable!

pretty much everything was great: facilities and cleaniness, breakfast and bars, personnel and location.

Great experience all the way from pick up at station to return drop off. Very central location convenient to everything, with great restaurants on site. All staff from cleaning to front desk to restaurant were extremely friendly and polite. We were upgraded to the loft and it was large and really clean and comfortable. Restaurant was also very good. Welcome drinks and offers for bottled water when we left were just minor things but really added to the overall experience. Will not hesitate to go back!

On the positive side, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were polite and friendly.

This has been one my best stays not only for a short ski weekend though in terms of experience and hospitality. The Hotel team does a fantastic job, from the pick up at the train station up until everyone around. Very supportive reception and concierge team, a super professional, friendly, kind and warm team at the restaurants and bars. The overall experince was a great one and I can hardly find one thing to say that I enjoyed less. A definite "will come back"

Central location , comfortable rooms , nice alpine style

“Fantastic hotel and location”

We were staying in one of the junior suites with a private jacuzzi in the room, the room itself was super cozy and clean. Staff was exceptional, attentive. The hotels own restaurants were also fantastic, located within a minute of walking. We will be coming back again.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The location near the train station was perfect for us as we had a short stay and needed to make the most of our time.
