From start to finish we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is beautifully situated and well appointed. Great room, spacious, beautifully furnished and well equipped, great aspect looking right out to the Matterhorn, easy access to the village and the mountains. Great food, great spa, helpful and friendly staff, meet and greet service at the train station - the list goes on! Fabulous.

Everything was perfect during our stay. The accommodation was spotless, and the view from the terrace was breathtaking. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning, made from fresh ingredients, and the spa services provided a wonderful way to unwind. Marina, our host, was incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to assist us. She provided clear guidance on reaching Zermatt and kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the shuttle station. Her hospitality truly made our visit memorable.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel arranged a transfer from Zermatt train station — we just called and told them which train we were taking from Täsch. Marina 🤩 was a super friendly host ❤️ — she picked us up, drove us to the hotel, and gave us a few great recommendations. The hotel itself is lovely. We had a spacious room with a balcony and a direct view of the Matterhorn — absolutely stunning. Breakfast is served in the room: you place your order the evening before, and in the morning it’s beautifully delivered on a trolley 🥰🤩 We loved this touch! The location is fantastic — just 50 meters from the gondola to the glacier. Other transport options are also nearby, with the green bus stop just one level down by elevator. The bus is free of charge.

“One amazing night”

One night's stay at the Chalet, but worth it! We were picked up from the station with our bags by Marina who was amazing and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay special. She also picked out cases up from the chalet and took them to the hotel the next day so we could explore the town. Then took us back to the station when we were ready to leave. We used the spa facilities the next day and the view from the outdoor pool area is exactly as pictured but even more picturesque than I could've imagined. It made our last night and day the best we'd had in our 2 weeks trip around Switzerland and Northern Italy. We even did the cable car trip which is located just outside the hotel.

We had the most amazing stay! Zurbriggen has what surely must be the best Matterhorn view in town - uninterrupted and so peaceful! Breakfast was served to our room each morning, which we loved setting up on the balcony. The spa was incredible, especially the outdoor pool with mountain views - we spent each afternoon here after a hiking in the morning. Perfect location, wonderful staff – we’ll definitely be back!

A small, quiet, idyllic family-hotel. Very friendly staff and owners, The view is fantastic - direct view to the matterhorn. We loved the romatic candelight-dinner with fondue in the small guarden. We will defenetely book this hotel on our next trip to Zermatt.

The property is really nice, although a bit small. The room was very spacious and breakfast was served in the room - very delicious! Staff was nice enough to give us a room upgrade.
