We absolutely loved our time in Cervo. We came here on our honeymoon and every single member of staff was so lovely. They even gave us an upgrade which we were absolutely delighted with. The weather was mixed when we were in Zermatt which made us enjoy the hotel even more than planned as we had a few days of pure relaxation. The breakfast we were raving about even when we got home to our friends and family. Every part of our stay was 10/10 we would love to come back in the future again. I think this is the nicest hotel we ever stayed in. Thanks so much to all the staff again 🥰

“Amazing. Worth the money.”

I love going to Zermatt. It has grown so much in the past 10 years. Cervo is a result of that expansion as I would stay in typical Swiss hotels. Luxury really comes to mind and after a day of hiking or skiing, the spa and the food are phenomenal.

Everything very nicely done, attention to detail, amazing breakfast

Everything was exceptional! Room, view, location, staff, atmosphere...

I stayed for two nights and overall had a very positive experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking their time during check-in to show me around and make me feel at home. The interior design of the hotel is beautiful, with a clear attention to detail that really stands out. One of the highlights was the breakfast experience—not only was the food excellent, but the breakfast room offers a stunning view of the Matterhorn, which made each morning memorable.

Fantastic 5-star resort in Zermatt - amazing experience overall. Upon arriving at Zermatt train station, we were taken to the property by their free EV service. The driver was friendly and gave us suggestions about what to do in the area. There is also a lift next door that takes us down to the ground level of Zermatt town - very convenient. Various welcome drinks were offered at check-in before we were shown our amazing rooms. Breathtaking view of the Matterhorn from the balcony - we could just lounge there all day if we did not have the plan to go up to Gonergrat. Every little thing in the room was carefully thought of and presented. And everywhere around the resort was so fragrant! There are spa and other facilities that we did not have enough time to try. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of selections; the main dishes were a bit small, but that meant we could try many things.

Everything was perfect. Good view of Matterhorn. Vibe was welcoming and relaxing. Food selection was superb. Spa (and onsen) was amazing as well. Regret not staying here for more nights.

Loved everything about it. Perfect location, spacious ski room, gorgeous breakfast, friendly staff, exceptional service, breathtaking views, comfy beds, great spa, superb resturants, the best aprés ski, detailed design, athmosphere, smell. Champagne bar on the ski in (route no 2) is a great add on. Can't wait to visit again. Probably the best ski hotel in Zermatt.

“Luxurious hotel in a super position”

Really quirky property in a lovely location. The room was really unusual. Once navigated (!) the hotel is beautifully appointed. The staff are exceptional. Lovely spa area. Easy access to the town. We found the communication with what’s app really efficient and the complementary transfer from the station was appreciated.

Everything. Staff go above and beyond. Nothing is too hard. The food is amazing, facilities out of this world and the whole place is so relaxing. Views brilliant, end of ski run with apres drinks. Views of Matterhorn. And you can do yoga, mediation, treatments, massages. This is my second time here. Once in summer. Now in winter. Will definitely go back

“The best spa we’ve ever stayed at”

This is one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. The location is stunning, with all rooms, the spa and the restaurants having a perfect view over Zermatt and of the iconic Matterhorn mountain. The room decor was amazing and the room had so many lovely touches such as coffee machines, fridges, Marshall speaker system which added a special touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and extremely helpful for all queries. We loved relaxing at the spa with the amazing infinity hot tub with Matterhorn views. We were not skiing but we loved how the piste literally ends at the hotel. This trip has made us want to come back again and again
