“Fantastic Matterhorn views, clean apartment, great location and facilities.”
Great location with fantastic views of the Matterhorn, quiet but still a short walk to town with restaurants close by. Clean, comfortable rooms, great breakfast buffet and fantastic spa, sauna and pool. It was also a nice bonus to have the Zermatt taxi included from the station.

Great breakfast, hotel oriented on the families with children, nice pool and what is interested great views. And last point - we got free of charge upgrade of the room (larger one). Our check-out time was also extended without any problems.

Great breakfast, amazing swimming pool with view of the Matterhorn, lovely apartments. Very helpful and friendly staff. We stayed early November and managed to ski 3 out of 4 days (one day was too windy so the lifts were closed). Zermatt is a magical place!

“Absolute heaven.”
The most fabulous views of Zermatt from so many areas, the 2 bed apartment was stunning with views, spacious and beautifully equipped to such a high standard, extensive tasty breakfast and best of all such a lovely staff full of smiles and so willing to help. Great location for the town - max 8-10 min walk to the station. Wonderful spa with pool, saunas etc This place is perfection!

Very nice staff who put all love and care in making it a great holiday stay. Absolutely loved the breakfast. And breathtaking views on the Matterhorn from the balcony or the relaxing swimming pool. All in all, really recommend going there.
