There was no one at the reception until 3pm. Number of guests had to wait for hours for someone to arrive to do the checkin process.

Hotel Walliserhof is excellent! The hotel is clean, rooms are a great size and the beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast has a great variety and the mini-spa is a lovely addition. All of the staff were very friendly. There is nothing not to like - our stay was faultless.

“Rustic yet clean and extremely welcoming”
Loved the hotel. Staff super welcoming, room was wonderful, clean and spacious. We ate dinner here too, had the cheese fondue followed by the chocolate fondue with fruit….ate desert outside in the cold covered by a blanket watching people wander past. So chilled and lovely!
